What happened:I woke up and went to my PC and my friend Joseph Matkovich sent me an MSG on steam telling me that everything was reset and when I joined my level was back to 11 and even my farming level was 16 now it's 11. I've been playing for 3 days now, yesterday my friend bought me Premium but now it's gone.

What do you need refunded: $34k, Farming level 19, Premium.
