Ban Reason: RDM (2nd Offense) LTARP (6th Offense)
Unban Reason: Im pretty tired of the LTARP charge getting just slapped on there just because I had to disconnect and go somewhere after that entire situation. I also fail to understand how I RDM'ed at all because I was never brought to a sit and thus never allowed a chance to defend or explain myself. It seems pretty wierd to ban someone for 4 Days for something that was handled within roleplay. I would like to know why I was even banned in the first place and if possible I would like to be unbanned.

You were charged with RDM for the links above, you shot and killed a cop with their hands up, then less than 3 minutes later, you disconnect, I consulted with other staff members and they agreed that it would be LTARP by disconnecting less than 3 minutes after going inside PD killing around 3 cops (one with their hands up) then un-equipping your weapon and disconnecting.

Thank you for not immediately denying my appeal and giving me a chance to explain myself first off, I really appreciate it. I would like to explain that I had to urgently leave after the situation was over and I knew that the situation was over because we were not being actively pursued and in fact many of us had guns out and were currently in the act of unequipping infront of town hall so I felt safe enough to disconnect. If I was being actively pursued I would not have dared disconnect as I would have been in the middle of an active situation and that would have been LTARP, not disconnecting after the situation was over. Also, Regarding the screenshots, The screen shots prove nothing about what I did. If it was a video I would be more inclined to believe the situation but that is simply why most staff members don't accept screen shots as part of evidence, it does not show the full picture, those screenshots you listed only showed 2 seconds of a 20 minute situation. I know that you went pretty lenient on the ban as well, and I thank you for that as well, however, I do not think there is enough evidence to justifiably keep this ban under effect.
