Ban Reason: RDM + LTAP
Unban Reason: I had KOS on the person I killed before I came to the bank and shot them. Earlier we had been outside a raided base and the person I shot equipped and pointed a primary at me and threatened me to leave I left and came back with a primary and found him to not be their I then started driving around to find the person who had pointed the weapon and threatened me around 15 minutes earlier then I found them in layer 2 bank they had been waiting there for combat depo timer. I shot one of them and looted the EXACT same weapon that they had pointed at me and threatened me with. I ended up leaving bank to die to cops waiting outside after that I was AFK in the hospital for around 10-30 minutes and then closed GMOD to play Valorant I don't know where LTAP came from I didn't intentionally leave to avoid any punishments just because I was bored and wanted to play another game with friends and wasn't in any type of combat or situation.

Regarding your Ban Appeal @vice ,

You were banned for Random Death Match (RDM) and Leaving to Avoid Punishment (LTAP). - I'll explain each rule violation below.

Random Death Match (RDM): As provided from video evidence and logs, the user that previously threatened you had died in an active combat situation. He did return to bank when able to collect items in which you and another user show up, the other user with you clearly said to leave him alone as he died but you continued to walk towards him then kill him. As heard in the video I was shown, the person with you made it clear that he had previously died (yes breaking character) but you were informed which meant your reason for killing the current user is void as his previous life was a need in relation to the situations happening in the area, making your killing of the user invalid and therefore Random Death Match.

Leaving to Avoid Punishment (LTAP): After review of evidence and logs, it was deemed you had violated server rules and you had items on you in which needed to be removed and refunded to the user you had killed, I teleported to you whilst you were in a vehicle; I brought you to my SIT, you were AFK and I was waiting for your return but after 3ish minutes of being in my SIT you disconnected by the player, meaning you manually exited the game. I doubt you didn't notice you had moved, and in addition, you are not meant to AFK whilst on the server to avoid being dragged into a situation in which you were.

They could have been lying the whole time and when I had killed him he also had the exact gun he had pointed at him. We're both enemies and breaking character to keep their friend alive could have easily happend. And also I didn't think they were talking about the guy I had KOS on, I thought they were talking about themselves because my org had been raided by them and they had died so I thought they were talking about the 2 people in the front the person I thought I had KOS on was in the back tellers area in bank. It was my bad for being AFK on the server I had been watching Youtube then a friend wanted to play a different game so I closed the game from the taskbar without looking at where I was or what was happening in the time I had logged out (my bad).

Hey @vice ,

In regards to your Ban Appeal; after some deliberation and review in line with evidence previously provided in a report which led to your ban and your current response to such ban I have decided to reject your appeal, despite the user previously being an acting threat, at this moment were you killed them they were no threat to you or others. The user had previously died and therefore not the same character, another member of your party at the time outlined this to you that he is no longer a threat but you persist to gun him down at first resort and not in line with player versus player rules.

Please wait out the remainder of the ban time. In addition, so you are aware, the items in which you took off the user will be collected and removed on your return. Do not destroy them yourself, allow a staff member to do so.
