Ban Reason: Being Punnished on the first day Back.
Unban Reason: First of all, I'd like to start off by saying that I believe this is one of the most outrages and over the top bans I have ever gotten. This literally makes no sense to me at all, and I'm still astonished on how this happened in the first place.

I was on the map (Southside) and found Mr. Alex's Ferrari parked outside of the park. I stole the vehicle, and was doing loops around the park. From this point, I had crashed by mistake, and killed myself. I respawn, and get pulled into a sit saying that I was fail driving ? I stole a Super car, and was Drifting in it, but that is Fail Driving ? Mr. Alex stated in the sit that I was intending on blowing the car up intentionally. This is not true, as if I really wanted to blow it up, I would have put my seatbelt on. This crash was by mistake.

I was given a warning point, for fail Driving, because "you didn't follow traffic laws, like stop signs". I thought at this point it was crazy for me to even be punished, so I argued my case, and ended up not getting it removed. I was angered at that part, but let it go, because it's only a warning point, and the ban would have only been about a day long. I come back on to find it extended, to 2 months. I am currently banned for 2 months for not stopping at stop signs. How does that sound fair at all ?

I also believe that Mr. Alex targets me for punishments. This would not have happened with anyone, due to the fact of running stop signs isn't justified for a warning point. Previously to this, Mr. Alex bends the rules to his advantage, shooting me, with my hands up, and stating that it only applies, "During a mugging or Raiding".

I instated this ban because you did not even stay 24 hours without being punished, right after returning to the server from a ban. This ban will only be lifted if the first punishment was invalid. Otherwise, if the punishment was valid, this will remain in place.

I want to make a few comments on your post and want to hear your response before going further with this appeal.

As far as I'm aware you were doing loops around the park and crashing into street lights, sidewalk railings and just repeating that process, (which is fail driving) until I got my car back. I just want to know why you chose MY car in particular?

That was not me who punished you, if I remember correctly it was @dubsmaster who issued the punishment. And also I remember him saying that it was a form of "cop-baiting"because you even did it in presence of a police officer. (please correct me if I'm wrong}

No, I don't target you, as I mentioned previously I did not punish you. And I would love to mention how you have been targeting me even before your 3 month ban was even issued. When I was making food in my shop you always came and started making a mess on my property, was stealing stuff from me and intentionally getting me mad. Furthermore, the day you got unbanned I was doing cocaine and someone let you in our base and of course you proceed to take my cocaine stove and shoot out the window of the apartament and jump out. You said "I didn't know I would die" That is a complete lie, the apartment is big and there is no way you thought you would survive. And as for the killing you with your hands up, you threatened to kill my friend, and killed my other friend. If you don't know what KOS means, it stands for KILL ON SIGHT. I had you in my sight and I killed you simple as that.

If you convince me, that you don't deserve the ban I will lift it.

I was not intentionally crashing your vehicle. If I had crashed your car, it was by mistake. I played on a FiveM server for the duration of my previous ban, and the driving is much smoother, therefore I was not familiar with the Driving Mechanics for Monolith.

With the part of my punishment (the warning point) he said this was cop bait, but there was no presence at all of any Law Enforcement Officer. The argument in the sit was over running stop signs, and how that is cop baiting, even though my defense was that there was no Law Enforcement at all.

I also want apologize to you for any misconduct that you feel I have done against you. All of this was with the best of mind, just trying to make people laugh and enjoy their time. I had no intention of angering anyone.
