This blacklist is literally from 11/19 which is almost 2 weeks ago from a PR and I just received it. It's pretty obvious I've learned my lesson since I haven't done it since I was supposed to get it. I've been using guns for literally 2 weeks since that PR was made and I didn't receive it until today for some reason. I personally don't see the reason for the blacklist considering I don't have a history for that stuff, and on top of that I've been playing for 2 weeks without the blacklist and have not repeated my actions. I feel as if this will only limit my gameplay for something I know I won't do again.

I would also like to point out that in the PR I owned up to my mistake, I think 5 days is a bit harsh for a 1st time offense. I think though the fact I didn't receive this blacklist regarding the PR from 2 weeks ago just today is a bit absurd considering I've proven I can handle using a weapon without exploiting it like I did in the PR.

I also forgot to mention in the original PR that half my punishment was handled in RP. I was arrested for 60 minutes for my crimes, after I reconnected. Albeit the reason wasn’t the same, I still got 60 minutes because they had knew what I did before my internet crashed so they put me in for 60.

The request for the punishment was made on that day yes, but it hasn't been issued until now.

I personally don't see the reason for the blacklist considering I don't have a history for that stuff, and on top of that I've been playing for 2 weeks without the blacklist and have not repeated my actions.

You abused an exploit, you don't need a history to get a punishment for that.

I feel as if this will only limit my gameplay for something I know I won't do again.

That's kind of the point of the blacklist, the punishment was so you learn not to do it again.

You still abused the exploit and decided you didn't want to stop, so I think five days is just fine. Just because the punishment wasn't issued until now does not mean you shouldn't be punished, you still broke the rule, so you still are going to be punished.
