Unblacklist Reason: This is the same situation as credence, so I’ll leave this short. I’d like to add that I didn’t RDM any innocent people , but shot and killed credence after he attempted to kill me while on duty, and received the same punishment as him. I think that a punishment could be given due to “RDM”, but I was defending myself while being shot at. I’ve also not had recent past history. Please consider this situation, as I’ve already been punished for several days by defending myself from an RDMer.

Like in the other blacklist appeal related to this situation I apply the following: Context, Intention, and History. In question form it's 'Why did you do it?, Did you mean to do it (Y/N)?, and Have you done it before?' Depending on how long the punishment is I usually add a fourth for determining appeals and unbans which is Value. Did you learn anything/grow to avoid the issue happening again?

For Context: It was multiple blue on blue (or red on red if you want to be color specific) taking place by yourself and Credence, however the part not mentioned is that you did instigate it with the "no balls" exchange. You both were encouraging each others behavior, but you did start it and that's mostly why your punishment was as severe/shared with him. While it is his responsibility to control his behavior, I can't turn a blind eye to what 'caused' it.

For Intention: Yes I know you 100% meant to do it, I know you were messing around and intended to at least kill someone or get someone killed.

For History: I don't know/have a screenshot of your history to base this section off of for the sake of an appeal. If you have 0 recent (Past few months) history of RDM / Unauthorized Corruption it will affect the appeal. If I don't get them beforehand feel free to PM me about this if you see me on the server.

For Value: Based on your behavior immediately after receiving the blacklist you already were on the right tracks. You were calm, understanding, didn't fight the punishment in OOC, and didn't complain to random players about the punishment and break character. That behavior alone helped in your appeal. Additionally almost immediately after getting caught you knew you messed up and accepted it. However as much as it is a good thing, it turns to concern how quickly you knew what you did was wrong but still did it. I worry about repeat behavior if you get the 'urge to encourage'.

But my worry doesn't warrant an extended punishment. Only if proven true.
