Ban Reason: Encouraging Suicide, Faildriving/VDM
Unban Reason: I was already punished for the suicide part. I recieved a 3 day ban from @The_Ghost for something along the lines of “ Staff and player diss, telling me to kms” (not sure exactly. That was about a week ago. Idk why I’m being double punished, if anything just get me for the VDM. I lagged hard during the VDM but I was going 100mph so faildriving. Regardless, a 3 month ban is completely unreasonalbe IMO, and should be heavily reduced to a short ban or a warning point for the VDM (whichever is warranted in my case).

I would also like to add that I was @ at 12am last night (my time) and was banned (between 4-5pm) before my 24 hour response window was up. Seems completely unfair to me that I was left in the dark on a sit that apparently carried a hefty punishment.

You were punished for telling multiple people, both a staff member and a player, to kill themselves multiple times. Behavior like this is unacceptable within the community. I discussed it with @The_Ghost and he also was in agreement that the ban should be extended, mainly because of you telling others to kill themselves on multiple occasions. In addition to this, I've had multiple staff members talk about toxic behavior on your part.

These reasons, along with the way that you didn't apologize in any way in your ban appeal, are the reasons why this is denied. If you make another appeal in two weeks, I will consider unbanning you then, however, your ban will remain as of now.

The reason that you were banned within the twenty-four-hour window was that after reviewing the evidence and talking to staff members, it was clear that a punishment should be put into play. However, I do believe that in the future I should allow you to respond before handing out a punishment, and for that I am sorry, however, this will not change my decision in any way.
