Reason for Report: Excessive punishment was administered. As the video shows Backflare gave me an extensive punishment simply because "I had a long record". When I explained that none of which was for VDM he said, "It doesn't matter you should know the rules". I had no recent warning points and my longest ban was a warning point ban. I was given a day ban for something anyone else would have received some warning points for. I was targeted because of who I am and was not given a fair chance regarding my history. Also whether I broke the rule or not is up for debate but I will not mention that until a verdict is reached. ( For further information view my ban appeal under ban appeals for Larry Winters). The video shows the whole sit so I believe that ultimately explain it and also if he had been spectating the whole time, why did he not deal with the other person with me who did the exact same thing during the situation? I will leave the rest up to the staff but I believe that I was unfairly punished due to unknown reasons and Backflare specifically chose to punish me and ignored others.

Hello Fluffygamer,

I 'd like to start off will addressing the "Excessive Punishment" I would not call a 1 day ban excessive and I can assure you that you did not receive a longer ban because you have a long history I just simply saw that you should know the rules and decided that I would not be as lenient as I would usually be to newer players or players who were still learning the rules. Also I was not spectating you what had happened was that i was flying around when i flew up to you and heard you say something along the lines of "He tried to RDM me, Watch out he might try to shoot you." On your radio so I decided to watch the person who shot you thinking they may be RDMing. Next, You claim that I chose to "punish you and ignore the others" who exactly did I ignore? I only witnessed you breaking a rule so i brought you up to the roof after I revived both your friend and the officer.

Now for the rule break part, You had escaped the cop who shot you and decided to return in a vehicle and try to run him over you missed him once in which he pulled his M4 carbine but kept it on safety (Not 100% sure about it but I am pretty sure he did not aim it) he did not fire, You came in for a second run up he did not aim his rifle and he did not flee from your car he did not know your intention was to run him over you then swerved and hit him he never fired or aimed his rifle at you. Immediate Danger is in the present not the past nor the future you could have came back and shot him for shooting you since you have 1 hour or 1 life to kill someone if you have a valid reason you cannot be shot by someone find them 30 minutes later and just run them over because of it.

I am sorry that you feel you were targeted by me however I can assure you that i don't have anything against you and this doesn't change that.

You cannot use your vehicle as a weapon, unless your life is in immediate danger, at that exact moment. Not 1 or 2 minutes later, specially when you are able to escape the scene or have other options to consider.
As you did that, you were punished accordingly by Backflare, based on your record.
