Bag dissapeared with 2 small cash

What happened: SO i found 2 small cash things on l2 bank so i take out my bag and pick them up for an easy 6K, but just as i come close to the selling circle my bag just dissapeared from my back and everything in it. also the circle dissapeared

What do you need refunded: just the 6K or maybe only the bag.

i can confirm that it appears when he entered the circle it took the loot but did not give him the rewards.
