Evidence to support your claim:
"There's an SS chasing me and shooting at his stolen car"
"You stole his car... that's why he shot you."
As a Secret Service agent you do not share the same responsibilities, nor do you have the same jurisdiction as the Police Department or Sheriff's Department. You may therefore not perform police duties.
You may not carry your weapon in public unless the Mayor is in danger. The mere potential of danger is not sufficient.
My report was closed 3 times by Balldrip, with no explanation further than "you stole his car." Following my adminhelp message at 5:36:55 PM, Balldrip closed the report again without explanation, so I had another staff member give me the secret service member's information and brought it to the forums.

Thank you for your report. After speaking with @Balldrip it seems he did not completely understand the report at the time, and understands that the secret service was in the wrong here. He is apologetic for the situation, recognizes where he went wrong, and will make sure to fully read and understand reports when responding to avoid any issues like this in the future. It was a mistake on his part which he takes full responsibility for. No further administrative action required at this time.
