My reason for making this : i witnessed a guy drive my car so i thought to myself this is what happened to my car (i had gotten 4 tickets whilst it was gone) so i shoot the guy thinking he had stolen my car this apparently was avoiding roleplay. i do not think that a gangster would ask nicely for there car my example ----->

Let me say this straight off: You cannot appeal console bans. I told you in-game that you could appeal the warning point, which I later found out you cannot, and I apologize for this.

I'll try to explain why I gave you the warning point.
You killed a person whom you had previously seen driving your stolen car on the assumption that he was the initial thief, which he wasn't. You went up to him and shot him without a single word or attempt at engagement, resulting in you killing a somewhat innocent man, which is why I deemed it RDM. Had you just attempted to interrogate him, you would had learned that he actually didn't steal your car, and the situation would not had happened.

I hope you understand the reasoning behind your punishment.
