-Not really sure why I was banned for 1 week, I said porn once over the radio. Yes this was inappropriate but 1 week seems a bit excessive for one incident. Nobody to me to stop, it was just straight up ban without warning. I would like this to be thoroughly looked into and the ban time re-considered or completely removed.

-Some kid over Radio chat said something inappropriate (Confirm in logs) but nothing happened to him did it?

Just because you witnessed someone else breaking a rule it doesn't mean that that you do not get punished for doing it yourself. I have witnessed you being disrespectful in radio aswell several times today and even told you to stop. You ignored commands from higher ups and were close to be admin-demoted by me.

You were banned for an inappropriate comment you made on the voice chat radio, therefore in character:

Henry rock -> "Come here little child ill touch you up"

Therefore you broke the ERP rule and I believe you should be punished for that, specially when you are speaking of a child. There are lines that are not supposed to be crossed and this is one of them. You clearly crossed it.

You are right, we did not warn you, but the rules are VERY clear and I'm sure you saw another person getting punished for inappropriate comments in the OOC chat.

Concluding, your appeal was denied.
