I think this ban was very unfair, and here I’m going to say why.
Asher, Josh and I were raiding the lakehouse 2. Josh went to the front, I to the back. They shot Josh for being in front of their house. Which isn’t a surprise, these players are just known for being trigger happy and honestly arrogant. So, Samuel came through the back door. Since Josh was shot at, I considered that initiation and shot Samuel. Whether or not this was fair is debatable, as it was a complex situation. Though there was no malicious intent here. My friend was shot at by them, the situation escalated the moment they shot at him.
I’d also like to mention a few other things. Firstly, in the video Samuel starting calling out my location to his friends. Which is Meta as we all know and unfair, dead people don’t speak. Also, there were 2 sits over this. The first time we got a warning, second I got a ban. There shouldn’t have even been a second sit.. Staff members decisions are final, that’s a general rule.
I’m also just going to flat out say, Samuel is an arrogant immature player, with no regard for the servers rules. Just recently a friend of mine posted a player report. With video of him shooting at him, attempting to RDM. Then he broke NLR by mugging him minutes later for his gun (he took it after he killed him in self defense). Then he lied to the moderator about what happened in the sit. What did he get? 24 hour ban. Then he posted video on the forum, cutting out audio and the part where he shot at my friend to make it appear to be an RDM. So he lied to staff, AND manipulated evidence. Worst part of it, is to my knowledge he didn’t even receive a ban. He definitely deserved a much longer one.
He told me in a sit with Rommel Verbal that he got unbanned by his friend. Which is ridiculous.
I had no wrongful intent in this situation. If I am in the wrong I apologise. Sometimes in RP situations mistakes will be made, it happens. Especially tense ones like this. Samuel on the other hand, has no intent to engage in quality RP.
All he cares to do is drive around, talk shit on everyone and get in shoot outs when he’s bored.
