Okay, honestly this isn't really a ban appeal... Well, it is, however, I'd like to complain to Major Lorne, I'd stand out and say while the hospital was on fire, I was driving and it was hard to stay on the road, I later ran into multiple citizens on accident. Yes, I did dance. However, that shouldn't be taken against me since a good admin should just ignore the gesture, and jump to the important part. I was innocent, so I was confused too.
