Relevant Evidence:

In my last appeal zeffa says that. In real life you can zip tie while holding a gun. Yes, if you got 3 hands... I'd pay you $10,000 right now if you can tie my hands together with a zip tie while holding a gun. It's impossible or at least not stable at all. He was ziptieing me and hypothetically I pushed my hands out of the way( hence while there is a tieing loading bar...) which gave me time to grab my gun before he grabbed his. And a 3 day ban for "breaking fear rp" is a little too much, don't you think. I'd also like to request another admin to handle the ban appeal, as that's how it should be on every appeal, considering they always lean towards there first thought.

I believe the ban was justifiable for the following reasons, In sit I asked if you would be willing to finish the role play that was started, You agreed to this. In the sit you told me if the role play is gonna continue you were gonna pull out your gun while he was mugging you,I then told you that would be breaking fear rp.So before it happened you were already warned not to do so, If @Stuvi or someone would like to take the appeal I'm completely fine with it

You said in the sit if I take out ny gun it wouldn’t be continuing the rp. So I didn’t I waited till a time were It was in the current rp situation to take it out. Just because it’s a staged mugging doesn’t mean I cant do other things(that follow the rules) to help my self get out of it.

@zeffa FearRP does only count while you actively have him at gunpoint. The second you switch your weapon to e.g. zipties the other party may attempt to pull out a weapon and defend himself. You can, for example, tell him to turn around and crouch (lay on the ground) while you are performing an action on him (like tieing him up) - that way he is unable to see you switch away from your weapon and is still under the effect of FearRP.
