I was talking to one of the people I have roleplayed with many times, and he was talking about why he is leaving the server. We were having a conversation inside of the bank and nobody was around. He was talking about the reasons why he is leaving (because of staff, slow development, etc.) and we were talking about it until I got banned out of nowhere. There was nobody around and nobody was doing anything (also nobody was IC). I was planning to apply for staff on august 8th (month since last ban) but I guess that will not be happening anymore. It's ironic that I get banned while talking about staff members and the reasons why he is deciding to leave monolith.
Overall, I think it's pretty sad that I got banned for this reason. I was just talking to him and understanding why he was leaving.

I was there at the time he was banned. They were literally not doing anything wrong and just talking about Monolith in general. I can confirm that there was nobody around.

I would also like to know which rule I broke, because according to https://monolithservers.com/forums/threads/server-rules.180/ -- I have done nothing wrong. I wasn't even in character, and talking OOC about why a community member is deciding to leave Monolith is disrespectful to me and the community.

I would like to apologize for that, but I didn't think it would harm anybody considering nobody was around. I was just curious and concerned about why a certain community member (who I have known ever since I have joined) is leaving the server.

@Stuvi I felt like it could've been dealt with differently. I wasn't pulled to a sit; I wasn't told to stop. Instead I got banned for a day right off the bat for a day because I was concerned about another community member.
