Unban Reason: THIS IS NOT YET AN APPEAL, as I am unaware of what happened, and just want an explanation of the charges, was very surprised when I tried to log in, and never had a sit or anything like that. I have no memory whatsoever of RDM, Failmug, Combat deposit, or LTARP. (especially LTARP because i remember specifically when I left the server I was just at bank and no one was around me at the time.) Please reply as I was looking forward to playing today

Hello Borat,
What had happened was a mechanic made a report of you murdering them after trying to force them to repair your car for free. I then began investigating and found out via logs that you had unequipped your weapon and stored it withing 10 minutes of its use, breaking combat deposit rule (2.1.9). I hit you with the FailMug for putting the mechanics at gunpoint when they were charging less than 500 dollars, RDM for killing said mechainic, and LTARP for leaving so soon after the situation, though that one is pushing it and was not used in my final decision for the length.

I really did want to have a sit with you to figure out the extenuating circumstances involving the situation but unfortunately you had logged off already and as staff, we have to make executive decisions based on what we have. With all this being said, I want you to reply to this with your side of everything. Even just a basic appeal, as I am not an unreasonable guy and am willing to hear my players out. I look forward to speaking.

Regarding the mechanics: while i did threaten the mechanics at gunpoint for a repair, I didn't know about that being not allowed, and that's on me so sorry about that. But, I did not kill them until they tried to VDM me with a truck and a tow truck. I shot them because I was in danger of getting ran over. To be more specific, the white pickup was trying to run me over, and so was the white tow truck which also was repetitively ramming into my vehicle.

Regarding the Combat Deposit/LTARP: The whole reason I even wanted a repair was because I was about to log, so after the ordeal I parked my vehicle in the garage, put my things in the premium locker outside of casino, and loggewd off. No intention whatsoever of avoiding RP.
