So I raided a warehouse by the docks were I encountered a man with a ar15 on his back and another man with his pistol at his hip, I opened fired and killed them .
There friends proceed to come in and they put their hands up to which I kill them as well.
They report me for rdm.
I get pulled in by an admin named Rexzyy who begins handling the situation well until Mclovin appears , idk if there has been staff reports on this guy before.
But I feel he should not be an admin since it seems he has anger issues , he intruded on the sit multiple times saying I can't just gun them down and that I had no reason to do so (his personal opinion) seemed very bias toward me .
I present to him this rule "

1. Killing during raids should be carried out sensibly. If there is a legitimate threat on the property of which you are raiding, it is reasonable to enter with the intent to kill. For example, if anyone at the targeted property has a weapon equipped, the base as a whole constitutes a legitimate threat and you may kill everyone inside it.

He claims that killing should be carried out sensibly which I did because I was outnumbered mind you while im doing this he is literally screaming over me and not letting me talk .
I tell him to calm down that I don't think he is mentally able to take over the sit in a calm manner because he seemed very upset maybe ooc ?
He then begins to tell me that if I don't shut up and let him keep explain his reasoning which made no sense he would just ban me.
Since I am allowed to kill in whatever way I feel is sensible and I was allowed to by rules I spoke out in a calm manner and told him to let me explain .
The people that reported me were young people and started screaming over there mics hyping him up and I told them to be quiet and let him talk to which he said Im not going to deal with this and he banned me for 5 days ?

I just want to talk to you in a calm manner in discord maybe ? Im sure there is a resolution.

I began the sit, everyone was talking over each other. I was attempting to understand the situation, and asked McLovin for help as he was available. The extra set of eyes were needed as this was a large situation. The entire time Jay Lee was attempting to interject, interrupting, and irate. He had all but one victim under FearRP, the victim was unaware that he was there. 2 of the victims had weapons on their backs but had their hands up. Thus posing no threat to Jay Lee. McLovin read the rules verbatum and Jay Lee was trying to loop hole his was through the situation. The killings were not done in a sensible manner. Had the victims decided to drop their hands and pull their guns out to kill him, they would have been in violation of FearRP, leading to a different resolution to this conflict. While McLovin was explaining the rules, Jay Lee continuously tried interrupting him. He was failing to adhere to commands by McLovin as he was asking him to stop talking while attempting to explain them. I personally believe this was a valid ban with a valid time based on this situation as well as previous history with Jay Lee.

So you are claiming that mclovin wasn't interrupting me to push his agenda and prove his point.
As he has done so to others and he is a well known admin for handing out bans and having a tantrum all the time ?
Also it is not a loophole if I felt a valid reason to kill them I am allowed to do so that is why the rule is there.

Dude you have some serious power trip issues going on , please get them solved.
It is despicable how you can get away with things.

Wrong that was RDM. While the rule is there if someone has their hands up you are not allowed to just shoot them. As the rules states killing needs to be carried out sensibly.

The admin that bans you is the admin that deals with your appeal. The upper management will intervene if they deem it necessary. So you are not allowed to ask for other staff members to deal with your ban appeal. We are no supermarket.

I suggest you are more respectful. Insulting the admin who banned you is not a good way to try and be unbanned. If you have issues with any staff member, make a staff report. This includes calling a staff member biased with no actual evidence.

Now as there are no video evidence, nor a staff report I will just be denying this appeal myself.
