Time of Occurrence: I think 3 hours ago
Relevant Evidence: Okay, from the beginning I was a paramedic that went to suburbs park and saw 3 guys with guns and just wanted to heal people. I asked one of them if they needed heals, one did and after that I left. I was driving away and typed in GOV chat that 3 armed men were at suburbs park and one of them had a DeadMau5 hat. Then I went to taxi recruiter to become a taxi driver, and remembered that I had a ticket and couldn't spawn in my car. I quit the job went to suburbs park got a gun and went to the house in Suburbs that had the most cars outside. Thinking that they would probably be raiding that base and they were. I went through the backyard and another civilian was also walking into the house with me, then I went through the backdoor of the house and went into the garage seeing one of them was shooting. I equipped an LR-300 and Large Kevlar. Then, I went up killed Sam Wong and 5 seconds later got killed by Natan Wong.

First, and foremost, I wasn't defending a base, I didn't see anyone that was actually basing there. I only saw the 3 raiders which were Natan, Sam, and his friend. If any of the raiders reply to this appeal saying some of the people inside were apart of my org or were friends of mine, well I guess that sucks doesn't it. How could I even know that the base that was being raided was my org. They never said anything in our org chat or Messaged me over IMSG the entire time since before I was a cop, paramedic, and a taxi driver. There was no way that I could know that anyone affiliated with me was inside the base. This is why I don't understand why I was banned for "Defending in a raid while not in the start of the raid." You could say that I was defending that base, but I damn well know that I knew no one inside and took the chance to counter-raid this base.

That's just a lie you quit your job just to come back and counter raid your friends base. You were in the same discord channel as them also, there is no way you would not have knew your friends that are in the same org as you were basing there because you are always with them. Anyways, you go as a taxi because it's faster than going to the hospital because we were raiding suburbs 10 you grab a gun and come from behind and kill me. You attempted to save your friends and failed also the logs just show what you did was wrong. We all had a sit @Aaron @Shawntae @Tyler @ChosenDemon @HiddenBush and it was solved. You was not online at the time as you went off for some reason even though i told you that you counter raided and you tried making out you counter raided. Can i also point out that @HiddenBush even said that he heard you on the radio saying you were coming back or whatever but he never knew you switched jobs.

The fact that you say that you had no clue that Tyler and your org was inside of there is lying because of @HiddenBush comments last night when he said something to the effect of that you were talking on radio saying that you were coming back to the base, I would like to know your response to this and also if HiddenBush could confirm that he was talking on radio at the point of the house raid.

Wait hold up before we deny this, why would you make a ban appeal in the first place even though you know you're in the wrong? Your whole appeal might aswell just be be a lie due to the fact that you know that you radio in at the point and cleary broke rules. Although this is a staff memebers decision I believe that he shouldn't make a request and lie inside of the appeal and just simply get away with it and waste everyones time.
