So I was banned for fear RP after being wrongfully chased by a cop, then vdmed into disoriented and handcuffed. I have video of it that I will post here. Friskiemar is the one who vdmed me after being arrested, I lost my cool and shot at the cops after getting up. I know it is not acceptable to break a rule when someone else breaks a rule on you, no excuses there. Rule break != rule break. I am just asking for it to be warning points instead of a ban due to the vdm and being chased by a cop for no reason.

In the video I was hanging out with medics and an ambulance after pulling up to townhall. Im parked in the parking lot and a charger comes down the road with lights blaring (before he sees me). I didnt even think he was pulling me over so i go to make a right turn out of the parking lot past him, and he starts chasing me. I escape pretty easily then get warranted for fleeing I am assuming. I drive to layer 2 hangout with more medics, get his car unstuck like a good bro and I'm on my merry way to go get my car fixed.

This is when I show up at mechanic and to my luck every cop on the server is there (Woo!). SO I start running away hit that damn mailbox/trashcan outside casino and prepare for my last stand in the parking lot outside fire station (knew I wasnt going to make it out of that fight anyways). And then the truck comes in and hits me, after having plenty of time to see me, turn the other way and park or slam breaks but instead he goes full force into my fragile frame.

I get disoriented, handcuffed and at this point I was going to make the report but I let my anger get the best of me and pulled out my gun to shoot. I will say I have never been in the situation of being handcuffed while disoriented, and had no idea until last night that you could pull your gun out (should probably fix this). Last night during the sit Friskie said he didnt have time to stop, but Ive driven that cop truck and it handles pretty well, he's a good driver as well so he shouldve been able to stop.

All I'm asking is to be able to get warning points instead of the ban as Id really like to grind out some more weapons today and sell premium to support mono. Due to the vdm and false chase by cops maybe that can cancel out some of the harshness of the fear rp given the situation.

Friskie: I only included the part up until the fear rp. I know you might mention that I got into the ambulance and went to garage (where i was going to submit the report) but we talked about that in game so I thought it wasnt needed. As you know I didn't realize you were the cop and froze me right after being revived for the fear rp etc. The ambulance was within distance of me to not have to move (didnt know I was frozen) in order to get in.

Well, there was no vdm that occured. At least not from my point of view. I was driving full speed because you had a fast car and I was trying to catch up. As I am rounding the corner I see your car and I was trying to pin your car down. By the time I noticed somebody I had no time whatsoever to stop. You can even see in the video, you didn't even last 3.5 seconds out of the car before you were run over, how do you expect somebody to stop in time when theyre going full speed. I didnt even notice you until you were 2 seconds out of the car, so that means I had 1.5 seconds to react. How do you expect me to react.

You were wanted for some time, your car was BOLO'd and you were code red, but if you could be contained without the use of deadly force then cops were advised to do so.

As far as I can see I did not break a rule, if @Thy wants to take a look at this and give his input about this rule break, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, you gotta understand, I am currently gaming on a laptop with intel HD graphics and a 12.5 inch screen, its hard to notice tiny details like that from a distance.







Now about the ambulance part, you were still under fear RP even if you weren't in a sit and you were revived by a medic, there were 6+ cops pointing guns at you when you were revived.

Considering you thought you were still in a RP situation and you broke fear RP again by getting into an ambulance is just as bad as you knowing you were in a sit and hopping into an ambulance and dipping. Then you went into your garage to avoid RP. Come on now....

Moving on, during our sit, you said you didnt even know that you were handcuffed. This video proves otherwise.

You also said you didnt know you could pull out your gun. This video proves otherwise, you knew you could pull out your gun if you were handcuffed while disoriented because you intentionally scrolled to pull it out while the big words "HANDCUFFED" were on your screen, and cops mentioning to you that you can pull your gun out because it was a glitch that happened often. Also, the cops TOLD you specifically not to pull your gun out when you got up because they said that they put handcuffs on you and you still did it.

In other words, you lied during your sit because you claimed not to know any of that. @DystopianRaven can vouche for this.

Throughout this whole situation you had a warrant out for your arrest. This entire time, you had a warrant and you were wanted.

The VDM just seems like an unintentional accident in the heat of the moment.

I didn't lie during the sit, the cop said in the video "He can pull out his gun." That's when I realized I could so I did, not knowing it was a glitch. I didn't lie about the handcuffed part either, I got up without them on and barely ever pay attention to the on-screen indicators while in a hectic situation like this, as I am playing on a pretty low quality 13 inch monitor at all times, I focus on the ingame characters/situation etc.

I have only been raiding/criminal activities for about 5% of my time on this server, the other 95% I just farmed and got lucky at the casino a few times. So the rules are still a little unclear in situations where (from my point of view) you are being rule broken on in-game. But all the ambulance related happenings was because I wanted to get in a sit and make a report while I could, because you cant type "!report i was vdmed by a cop" while arrested/handcuffed.

This is aside from this report but listen, I haven't had much issue at all on this server when it comes to following rules, I enjoy playing it and respect the rules. And have spent $100+ on premium for myself, other members and my friends because I believe in the mindset that if a game is free and you like to play it, support it. But lately you've been on me and all the other 1% members (watching us at all times in game) and its kind of predatory moderating. They can vouch for this as well. Even when trying to be civil about this and take the time to post this you bring up and accuse me of lying in a sit, why? Like what is the point? I feel some serious animosity from you ingame and now out of game.

I am only asking for warning points instead of the ban for fear rp.

I made my decision based on your history, you've shown multiple accounts of rule breaks similarly related to this incident. I followed staff guidelines and issued you a 1-day ban as it was your second offence. Your history shows incompetence to RP out situations, one with fear RP and another disconnecting to avoid arrest and also a history of lying to staff in sits.

In your video you had plenty of time to react, you can clearly hear the cops gun being drawn and them speaking of holding you at gunpoint. Once you got up you walked backwards completely ignoring the demands while under fear RP.

If I were you, I'd watch your actions and start to smarten up, your record is only getting worse and you at this rate are looking down the barrel a long ban in the future if you don't change your ways.

You will keep the 1-day ban. Your ban again was based on your record and as you've broken fear RP once already.
