Hey Guys,
Its been a while since I have been here.. Im glad to see the community is still thriving content wise and community wise. The server sure has come a long way since the initial switch to rockford back in the summer of 2017. I remember joining the server once all the way back when it was still on evo city thinking that it had potential. I also remember meeting Gurrazor and other Developers on another servers discord when they were looking to collab. Thats beside the point though. In this ban appeal I will go into my ban history and why I think I should be given a shot of redemption and another chance to prove my potential in the community.
My History On The Server:
As mentioned I joined the server when it was still on evo city way back in the day when the server was still pretty much dead, I then kept the server in mind and later rejoined in may of 2017 when the server switched over to rockford and I wanted to join in on the newly found fun, I played the server for nearly that entire summer and made tons of new friends as well as kept playing with old friends that I may not have continued to play with if monolith did not exist. I still talk to people I met on monolith on the daily (Tyler Waffles, Tom Stevens, and Others). During the entire summer of 2017 me and my friends played by the rules and had tons of fun. I put in nearly 600 Hours. I remember staying up till 5 am having laughs with my friends grinding to get the next best car and looking for fun in RP. I would play the server up until december which was when I sold my old PC to buy the one im currently playing on. I would later rejoin monolith and play up until my ban.
Where have I been since my Ban?:
I mostly Just Play Old School Runescape (My Name is BobyShmurda), and I just focus on school work. I havent played anything RP Oriented in almost a year.
Ban History:
May 2017:
During my entire course of playing I only ever got 3 Bans, One was when I initially joined in may 2017, I was banned for saying the non hard R n-word in OOC without knowing that was against the rules... I served my time for this ban (12 Hours).
September 2017:
In September I was falsely banned for metagaming alongside my friend Salmon. I say falsy because their was no proof of us doing this and we were later unbanned from it. I think it was a 3-Day ban.
December 2017:
I wasn't banned but I was given a warning because in December of 2017 my friends all made memes targeting a staff member and making fun of her for stuff she couldn't control. They were all perm banned due to evidence found in my discord. I have already explained my case to staff about this one. I deleted all their messages the night they created the memes and told them to cut the shit because it would get us all banned. They ignored my messages and continued to send the memes while I was in school. I had no control over these messages while I was in school because school holds a higher priority over Discord bull shittery and I really could not control all the chaos (which I didn't even know was happening until I got home from school). I have apologized time and time again for this.
April 2018:
I was banned in April 2018 for calling Gurrazor the N-Word because I didn't agree with something he did. This was extremely immature of me and I highly regret doing it because it got me kicked out of the only good thing left on g-mod. I have already apologized and messaged Gurrazor a good bit over the last year and he seems like he has accepted my apology and that he is waiting for the rest of the staff team to accept the apology, which leads me into my next piece.
My Apology:
I know that somethings I have said or done cant be taken back and that they made me look like a jack ass back then. I would like to sincerely apologize to all the staff and players that I may have caused problems for back in my days of playing around a year ago. I would love to talk to anyone that I can privately to truly let them know that I am sorry. If I have forgotten anything out of this appeal I would also like to apologize for that since it has been around a year since the events of it and my memory isn't 20/20. Yet again I know that not all the things I have said or done can be taken back but I would love to come back on the server and add to the fun of the community and be a positive source of energy in the community.
