Ban Reason: Mass rdm and LTAP
Unban Reason: I would like to say i did not mass RDM at all, an officer pointed a gun at me when i was unarmed threatening me for no reason, he was a low rank pine county deputy so he was not experienced probably, so i shoot him and kill him in bank as i don't like a shotgun in my face for no reason, then he has a friend off duty as a civ trying to shoot me for no reason so i try to kill him too, then loads of police come rushing in so i shoot at them, this is rp and i was being shot at so i shot back at the police, i did however LTAP as i could not be bothered with the game bc everything that day was just annoying i lost a class 3 due to getting run over and i gave up, so i admit i did LTAP, but i did not mass RDM and i feel thats why my ban is longer than it should be, i have been playing the server since it basically started i know this is no get out of jail free card nut i don't think i have ever had a ban as obscure as this, i would like to try and get my ban removed or if not that reduced by a large chunk of time as it was not mass RDM at all as i killed 1 person and tried to kill his friend before the cops killed me as they had rifles and i had a pistol, i would like to get back to rp'ing soon again and 2 months for a mass RDM i did not commit is unfair and kind of obscure in my eyes.

Hello, while I approved the extension, the Administrator who banned you, @StewartJames, will be providing the context for the ban. As I recall, you just got off a warning point threshold ban, became Police, RDM'd a detective, and then entered your bank and took our a Makarov and attempted to kill four people all within the timespan of a minute. Then you left two seconds after you were shot and put into a CRITICAL state.

Also, to address your reason for the events that unfolded, now, if I read what you wrote correctly. You decided to RDM a Deputy for pointing a gun at you, then decided to shoot and attempt to kill three other individuals inside of the bank as a result of your bad decision and rule break? I fail to see the "RP" here, all I see is FailRP, Cop-baiting, RDM and a lot of poor decisions in the span of five minutes. Personally, I don't think your ban is long enough now, considering you tried to defend your actions by saying it was "RP" and admitting to RDM thinking that was okay.

I'll wait for xstewart to respond with his account of the story before making my decision.

I get where you are coming from but to be honest i just could not be bothered with the sit because as i sad my day that day was bad, so i said it was a joke, he punched my car repeatedly and so i drew my weapon and said go away he punched it again and so i said move or ill shoot, i shot because of this, i know it was bad policing of me and it is RDM but ye, i know it lines up to the fact i "apparently mass RDM'd but it really was not mass RDM, i shot and killed 1 guy and a guy who was his friend was running behind a pillar shouting mass RDM when i just shot a cop bc he threatened me with a gun for no reason, and i thought his friend was gunna kill me , then the police showed up so i shot at them this is in no way shape or form mass RDM its rp as personally i dont like shotgun barrels in my face for no reason. And i would like to add 2 months is an obscene amount of time for a rule i did not break.

We will probably have to leave it here then as i did not use OBS that day, just feel like the ban was harsh as in my eyes it was rp not mass RDM but there is no point in going back and forth, sorry for the inconvenience i caused on the server it wont happen again.
