Ban Reason: Logging out while handcuffed
Unban Reason: I got rda'ed by the chief police near the parking lot. They then drove me over to pd, where they put me out the car and then just started running so i thought they forgot that they arrested me. I then proceeded to go over to town hall and waited a little bit, i then didn't remember that i would be banned for logging out while being handcuffed.
Time of Occurrence: a couple of minutes ago.
