Teknix: I am sorry for this happening! It wasn't me that charged the premium back. My mom was going through her charges and charged back not knowing what it was. She came to me after and asked me what it was so I told her it was the payment she made for me. She apologized and I was getting on to explain and find some help on how I can reverse this but I was banned from the server so I went for the forums but I was banned there too. Please help me I have been really enjoying my time here at Monolith and it's been a great stress reliever so please help with the situation. Again I am sorry for the mix up as it was not intentional or malicious in any way.
What I think (Mike Nespo talking here): I have known teknix for some time on the server and he honestly loved playing here and he KNEW about what would happen if he were to ever chargeback and I know that he knows he wouldn't get away with it. So I honestly do believe that it was all a misunderstanding. He even said he would like to donate again if the donation was taken he is willing to re-donate.
