Ban Reason: "Mass RDM/Fail RP"
Time of Occurrence: 6:10ish AM
Relevant Evidence: I dont have a video as it was 6:10 in the morning and the server restarted 10 seconds after it happened
Additional members involved/witnessing: Two of the people i killed were killing other people i dont remember their names as it was 6 in the morning quite literally seconds before a server restart, there was no active RP going on and everyone was messing around shooting their phys guns, tool guns and real guns everywhere including at eachother.

I dont understand why im banned as ive not tainted any RP, i did not go on a mass shooting spree in intention to destroy rp but to simply join in on what others were doing as well. I was talking to a guy about 40 seconds from restart and said put your hands up jokingly while laughing and he said "no you put your hands up lol" and pointed his physgun at me and then started to shoot it so i started shooting my gun around his body hitting no one, then the active police chief at the time came over and started actually shooting people but i thought at the time he was shooting the chief and then later realized it was the chief doing the shooting and then i shot the chief and then the other guy. I dont feel like ive broken any rules nor ruined anyones RP, the server restart did more damage to RP then i possibly could ever do at that moment. There was seconds left. I would never intentionally do anything to ruin RP or RDM, ive played on this server for 2 years and just got back after about a 4 month leave.

Im sure @DystopianRaven will have a video of the situation. You gunned down a group of people before the restart as a police sergeant. I understand it was right before restart, but the people you killed made a report every single one of them did and even after the restart happened and everyone rejoined. They still made a report on rdm after the restart. You decided to not come back on so that makes me think you just gunned down a few people and decide not to come back hoping not to get ban because of the little time spand I had to deal with the situation. I’m going to need a good excuse for this situation. You just don’t gun down a few people laugh your ass off then shoot them in the head over and over again. I understand it was before the update but you were reported and the people you killed did lose items in the process.

So like I said, I’m going to need a good excuse if you want this accepted because of right now, you seem to be in the wrong.

I did not know they lost items, i apologize for that, honestly did not know that and am happy to give them some compensation and some money, cause thats just annoying and totally understand now then. I thought they just died and respawned, i dont ever really play civ just cop. Im level 125 cop and 30 civ. Also i left immediately after because like i said it was 6am and i had stuff to do so i just left and if i had known they would loose things i wouldnt have done it in the first place and if i had learned this immediately after i would have given them like 10 grand each or whatever they lost. I didnt leave to avoid a ban as they just gets you banned lol its honestly a misunderstanding, i didnt know they would loose items.

I will unban you once I get home, I believe in second chances. Let’s not minge at the end of the server restart. Once I get home or once a staff member sees this appeal you’ll be unban. Don’t do it again is all I ask for doing this. I understand that the server is about to restart but let’s not do that. I already compensated the people you killed there is no need for it. Just don’t do it again, also I’ll be warning you in game once you get unban. Just to have it on file, don’t let this happen again.
