Ban Reason: Lying in a sit / rdm/ failrp
Unban Reason: Heres what happened: My friend and I were driving down towards the market when as we pulled up a firefight breaks out in the street and bullets fly toward our car. I stopped the car and when the bullets started coming at my car, my buddy jumped out and ran for cover at the bus stop and thats when I hopped out as well. We then got into a firefight where the one attacker was killed and my buddy and I escaped with our lives. They reported it as rdm and friskie brings us to a sit where we tell him exactly what I stated above. He deemed it as valid until Roberto posted a video of the situation. He decided that we weren't as involved into the situation as we initially described and therefor came to the conclusion that we lied in the sit. We did not lie at all about our involvement and we described exactly what the video shows. As far as my personal involvement I specifically said that even though we could have peeled away I only made the decision to stay AFTER my friend hopped out of the car first( which looking back was not a great decision but it is exactly what happened). Friskie also determined that it was failrp for us to stay and not just flee the scene when we had the opportunity, however we both had weapons equipped already and if this was a real life situation, it wouldn't be too far of a stretch to assume that two good civilians with weapons could stop 1 criminal with a gun. ( Why do you think people dont try and rob a gun show... its because the attacker is surrounded by a lot of civilians with guns that would surely use those weapons to protect themself instead of just running away as you suggested we do).
TLDR: In conclusion I believe the primary reason we were banned and not warned is because he decided that we lied to him about the event when we did not... Dakine hopefully will post his point of view showing the ordeal and i'm also trying to contact serenekiller to get his video against us again since i lost the link.
