So In the crossroad by gunstore my raptor got hit by another guy which then proceeded to drive me off the road and jump out and shoot my car. When I got out he told me what are you Autistic and then blew my brains out in front of everyone in a public area. I so wish I had recorded it unfortunately I did not.
It then took give or take 40 minutes for my report to be opened until Liasetten opened it when they brought him in. The guy was past rude saying why was I so butt hurt and even called me "Cancerous" during the sit. The admin decided to give him 2 warning points which I thought was unacceptable. And at one point before being Teleported back he said "based on how you act you might as well be Autistic. Again the staff ignored this.

After the sit was over I told the admin to his face that he was completely incompetent and not fit for his job. I told him I felt very offended by the words he had used and that He didn't care. He then banned me for Staff Disrespect.

The rude guys name was Elgin The Jew

@JeremiahbOi I can see what you are mad about, but both of you (Jeremiah & Egil the Jew) were going on attacking each other verbally, and every time when I said “calm down” or “shut up both of you”, you mr. Jeremiah were the one who kept on talking. Egil shouldn’t have called you the words which he did call you and I can fully understand that you got a bit upset about this.


Then, after I had given Egil the warning points and returned him, you started to harass me, and other staff members with words/sentences as; What type of fucking mod are you? You are incompetent. Staff members are very very bad nowadays, can't believe the people they are recruiting. Whilst also saying this you began arguing with the punishment which I had chosen for Egil, saying that I am not doing my job correctly, complaining about me not giving Egil 6 points for RDM because another staff member did so to you. (There are different types RDM can occur and according to what type of RDM it is a staff member can choose the punishment that fits for each scenario.)


As you kept doing so I repeatedly asked you multiple times if I should take you down from the roof so that you could continue on roleplaying, but you completely ignored this and continued on harassing me/arguing with my decision.


Therefor I saw that you were not suited to play on this server at this current time, and I banned you for 48H so that you could calm down and take some time to think about what you had just done/said.


Regarding the situation which led to Egil the Jew RDM’ing you I could not do so much about it. Since neither of you were recording or had the incident on video It was basically Jeremiah’s words against Egil’s words, which Is an occurrence that I can not do so much about.


The reason why he got 2 warning points for RDM though, even without any video evidence was because the logs said that he shot and killed you and he even admitted to shooting you even though you posed no threat to him whatsoever (You only bumped your car into his or the otherway around). Shooting someone is always the last resort.

The punishment seems justified to me, Jeremiah I have told you before I left to behave and you have failed to do so. This will be denied, locked and moved.
