Time of Occurrence: 8:56pm (20:56) Eastern Time.

I've made a script of the chat logs using only the messages given between myself and those who were involved. The full screenshots are down below and all of the messages here can be found inside of them. This script is solely for the people scrolling through this section who want to know what happened without having to go through the hassle of checking each screenshot. There will also be my side of things in the comments of this post, since putting it in here would be breaking the format, resulting in the immediate deletion of this Ban Appeal. I highly recommend reading that before anything else.

Between these messages, I asked Lola if the rule she was referring to for kicking that one kid was Rule 1 on Global Rules, since I just realized that Server rules wasn't the only page of rules.

Backstory:

I'm doing my own thing on the server. Just chilling, growing pot. I glance toward the chat to see some kid post "my dick is small" in ooc. I chuckle for a minute before seeing that the kid was kicked with a message saying "Reason: we dont care". Honestly, I found that quite funny, but "we don't care" is clearly not a legitimate reason. I then ask, in OOC, what rule he broke. (I realized that we are supposed to ask these things in private messages to staff, so I did that afterwards.) At first, I was honestly wondering what rule that was, since I couldn't see any rules regarding sexual/inappropriate messages in the Server Rules. I wanted to know this since I've been studying the rules to get familiar with them to avoid being in trouble, look at how that worked out for me. After messaging Lola, she messaged back, being quite rude, saying "i dont understand how that is hard to grasp". First of all, talking down to a staff is rude, so why is this staff member allowed to talk down to me? Also, she told me WHAT the kid did, when I clearly asked what rule he broke... Scroll through the messages and judge the situation knowing that I was trying to be as respectful as I could be, even though I was not having a great day. Some things sound quite sarcastic and I apologize if they do. I honestly tried to be as nice and respectful to the staff as possible.

Go ahead. I believe you aren't supposed to reply unless you were involved in the incident, but yeah, use it if you want.

The reason the ban was places was due to @Lola Meid had came to me and told me that you would not stop contacting her and I could hear that she sounded quite upset. If it got to this stage that would signify a user harassing a staff member, whether or not you were malicious or not is nulled by that. Secondly, the "staff disrespect" is in relation to questioning her judgement in regards to kicking a user for sexual references in OOC. You are not to confront a staff member in relation to their judgement, you have however, the ability to make a staff report if you feel like the staff member was abusing their power to kick a player. in relation to the "shit talking an admin" this was due to Lola seeming to be upset, I assumed that you had said something harsh to her, I now see that you haven't so I shall reduce the ban but I will wait to see what @Lola Meid has to say.

I never said she did anything wrong. This isn't to call her out or anything of the sort, the only reason she is mentioned is because @Beta Spirit banned me for practically nothing. I understand how my conversation with Lola makes me look like a dick at some points but the main thing I wanted to know from her was the rule, since I couldn't find a rule against that. Also, the way she spoke at the beginning to me was quite rude, almost if she was like talking down to an idiot.

If she asked me to stop, I would've. I had no idea I was hurting her feelings and I'm sorry that I did. If you were me, how would you have known she was upset? You wouldn't.

Did you read the messages? I wasn't trying to harass her. I just wanted to know what rule that kid broke.

I have every right to question her judgement in regards to that ban, especially with a reasoning of "we dont care". In fact, it's in the 11th global rule. "If you have a problem with or question about a moderator’s decision, contact the moderator privately"

I am grateful for the reduced punishment, but I believe that the ban as a whole needs to be lifted, as I did nothing against the rules.

Sorry I haven't said this already, but I sincerely apologize for any pain I've dealt to you. I understand how sometimes it can feel like someone is out to get you and I'm sorry if you feel that way. I consider myself to be a very sensitive person and knowing I hurt someone's feelings hurts my feelings. I honestly wasn't trying to cause you pain. I'm sorry.

I believe this situation is a whole misunderstanding. If you find me talking down to you, I apologize as it's not what my goal was. It's just a bit odd to question something like that to a SA (why he got kicked, what did he wrong, what rule). Yes you can ask anything, but in moderation.

General rules, Rule 17: "You are not allowed to talk about anything sexual in any realm on the game. It is strictly forbidden."

I know you just wanted to know, but I do not expect people to ask me things about people talking sexual, as it seems obvious enough that it's not allowed. Monolith follows a seriousRP. I felt annoyed, not upset, that I was questioned constantly for things like this as I have a lot of things to do regarding refunds and reports. The ''We don't care" may have been childish, however I was indeed going for a humor path (and it worked, people found it funny xd). But yea, whole misunderstanding and I hope the ban can be solved. @Beta Spirit

However, the person who made the joke has been banned for a day for attitude as he joined back with an insult directed to me.

I'm glad this is taking a route in a positive direction. I am hoping for this misunderstanding to be resolved so I can hop back on the server and get back to role-playing as soon as possible. It's been 4 days since I joined and I'm already hooked, hopefully there won't be any more bumps in the road for me, since I really like playing on this server. Thanks and have a good day.
