Ban Reason: Multiple rulebreaks, NITRP (Original Reason: Racism (was playing along with some players in voicechat but they will not be punished because you cannot log VC), "RDM," "LTAP"
Unban Reason: I'm assuming the original ban reason was about when I had a medic intern punch me that ended in me shooting him and mugging a paramedic in which he broke "fearRP" with him running away when I had a gun pointed at his head and did a local mug advert which ended in me shooting him. I left soon after because it was late around midnight and I joined the next day to see a 3 day ban. I come back 3 days later and it has been updated to a permaban. When I left the server after the shooting and mugging it came as a surprise to me that I was banned the next day as I felt I had done nothing wrong, I defended myself as I had seen other players do and followed rules on mugging and fearrp, this is where I find the LTAP accusation to be false and based on what a player had told an admin.
I have only been playing for a couple days and I already have a permaban, I have been provided server rules in the past by admins that have intercepted me and helped me out when I had broke or did not understand the rules, this was a sporadic timeline of events case and I find it hard that one staff member came to the conclusion that I have NITRP when the altercation I was in was more complex than what can be seen in logs. I have only had a few days of playtime, had no situation prior to this event resulting in people dying and have corrected myself; followed the rules that staff outlined for me. No prior bans or kicks. No warning points, just verbal warnings from admins trying to help me learn the server.

Additional members involved/witnessing: @Brad and @Kn1ght who originally banned me. I doubt that they were around to have observed the situation that took place that originally got me banned and just went off what they saw in logs and what the players I mugged and or killed told them.
