I was banned for a week because I killed Rex Harrison in a Raid against those basing at Tavern. Allow me to explain the situation from start to finish as I would like very much to be unbanned. Myself and some people I was in a party with including but not limited to @papa1456 and we decided to raid the Tavern. Once arrived we did minimal preparations and got into position, where I was in the left alley behind Tavern with an LR-300 equipped. I aimed my rifle at a man who claimed to be a part of the base who had a watering can out (cannot remember name, was not Harrison Wong, he comes later). Whilst aiming my rifle at the man, he ran towards the front of the Tavern and started screaming that I was back in the alleyway, so I shot the man for breaking Fear RP and was shot at (I was told I was shot at by a Glock-18). I was not hit by any of the bullets (according to the logs) however I started returning fire to the front of the tavern, at this point a Police Sergeant pulled up to my left while I was shooting and began shooting near me with his shotgun. I return fire at him, pulling back slowly into the alleyway, the sergeant's flashlight goes off so I assume he is dead, I do not hear any more shots, so I begin advancing towards the front of the Tavern again, this is when I encounter Harrison Wong (cannot @ him because his name is too short for recognition) and I shoot him (This is justified because (as I assumed) I was being shot at by someone at the Tavern ergo I am allowed to raid with the intent to kill (see spoiler 5.1.8)). I had a split second to react to seeing the guy, as shown in the video provided by Harrison (See Spolier: "Evidence 1") which shows me killing him. In retrospect, after hearing what @Shawntae had to say during the sit, I should have been more conservative with the way I RPed it out as I did not know for sure, that those shooting at me were on the property, because it was too dark for me to see. I then go up at tell another guy to put his hands up, showing that i intended to RP it out well, when someone (I assume from the crew of those who we were raiding) came up the steps and started shooting at me and the hostage, I killed him, accounting for the two kills I had during the raid. Once killing him I was teleported to by @ChosenDemon who was in their discord at the time of the raid and can confirm that he brought me to the roof of RTA and froze me, during the raid, at which point I explained it was a raid and he put me back down, then I got in my car and picked up a different hostage associated with the people in the raid, taking him to the place that we were basing at for interrogation/randsom. Before I could do that I was teleported to the roof of the inner city shell where the sit took place (The chat logs for the sit can be found in Spoiler "Chat Logs"). I was punished for "Multiple Counts of RDM" however I killed one man that was questionable, and only because I was being shot at by someone in the direction of the tavern, leading me to believe that there was an active threat on the property, justifying the killing of Harrison. The only other kill was me shooting the guy that tried to kill me and/or the hostage I had procured. The only reason that I can forsee me being punished for multiple counts of RDM is because Tyler Fastige clearly did RDM (as shown in the Spoiler: "Evidence 2") and I was accidentally banned or banned as collateral, either way the only thing that can be questioned on my behalf is whether or not the killing of Rex Harrison was justified, which as I have explained, was (at least in my opinion).

Killing during raids should be carried out sensibly. If there is a legitimate threat on the property of which you are raiding, then it is logical to enter with the intent to kill. Otherwise as with all the other rules, shooting to kill must be carried out sensibly.
