I have absolutely no idea if this ban was accidental
or intentional but I will be linking the situation that I was involved in earlier today.

The reason I backed up was to loot the bodies of the men who were attacking me, when I realised the other guy was still alive (somehow) after I got out, i backed over him as it was implied he was armed seeing as how I was shot at by them earlier.
