Ban appeal - staff disrespect

Banning Staff Member (@AdminName to mention the staff member): Not really sure who banned me, it was either @MelodyRain or @Stuvi

Ban Reason: Staff disrespect
Time of Occurrence: Sunday around 1pm central time but not sure exactly when
Relevant Evidence: N/a but here is a brief description.


I had a barricade in my driveway of my subs home that blocked vehicles from pulling directly into the back where I was farming, however foot traffic was not obstructed in any way and allowed for more than one way in and out of my property while also respecting realistic physics and could have been easily replicated in real life, another staff member not involved with my ban called @Predictable had even approved it seeing that it broke no rules. Well after some time I'd say at least an hour, a staff member named @MelodyRain flew and told me to take them down, there where about 7 people in the back yard talking so I could barely hear her, but I was trying to explain everything that I stated above but before I could do that another staff member named @Aaron comes and says "she told you to remove them, this is what you get" and then removes all of my couches, after this @Aaron teleport-ed back to his previous location. With my in game voice key still being pressed I said "what a retard" and then a few minutes later I was teleport-ed by @MelodyRain on a roof where it is me, her and @Stuvi and @MelodyRain says I am being banned for 2 days staff disrespect. I understand that I shouldn't have disrespected the staff member @Aaron. At the time I was kind of mad because of the way the situation was handled where I was not treated with respect by @Aaron and was never allowed a chance to tell my side of the situation, however I understand that what I did was wrong and there is no justification for it. I just ask for the appeal because I understand what I did, and I just want to play the server again while I can because I don't have much time that I can play and am on break at the moment, so I have more time to play than usual and don't want to waste any of it over an easily avoidable ban. Lets get some clarification here since the entire incident was recorded. Here are the course of events:

Melody came originally to ask you to remove it. You let her know it was approved by Predictable. She left to verify if it was okay and was told by @cxcordell and @Stuvi that it violated the rules. It did, it directed traffic and also had a see-through prop making the defense unfair. Upon her return, she told you she confirmed with an admin that it was against the rules and asked you to remove it. You and your friends jumped on her and argued about it, ignoring her request. Upon finding you were deciding to be non-compliant, I removed your props. Once I left, you activated your mic, said these exact words "Yeah I'm making a staff report on that retard" and deactivated your mic. This was observed by myself, @MelodyRain and Stuvi. You were then banned for staff disrespect.

You did in fact break rules, and even though Predictable told you it was okay, not only has he not confirmed this, but he was also over ruled per the statements from Melody when she came back the second time. Compliance is important when dealing with a staff member, and that's why it escalated past where it should have.

Aaron explained the situation perfectly. The entire interaction was less than stellar, not necessarily just you but everyone involved. The calling a staff member the r-word was crossing a line. I appreciate that you were angry but it's still no way to treat another person. I'm leaving the ban intact.
