Time of Occurrence: Can't remember but sometime on Wednesday.

Reason to be unbanned: First, off I'd like to say that I was in no way abusing my baton or taser. I simply warned him with a shotgun aimed at him to leave the scene at least two times and he didn't comply. I tased him once and he didn't leave after I dragged him outside which he proceeded to break fear RP and run back in. I then tased or hit him with a baton if I remember correctly and dragged him outside. I didn't intend to throw him into the fire someone was trying to drag the body while I dragged it and it got into the fire. The guy in the OOC said two and the second time I don't recall throwing anybody into the fire I brought him to the sidewalk away from the scene unless the fire spread. I also did break NLR and metagame and metagaming is just sort of a habit to me, I'm so used to playing other servers where I just read their names and most people in monolith tend to not care if I do. I don't understand how I broke fail RP if somebody could clarify that for me that would be great. All I ask for is a shortened ban. I was in New York for the past two days for a funeral and I am sort of depressed and this just ruins my entire week. I know that isn't an excuse but I mainly want a shortened ban because Christmas break is coming up and it is going to be so boring without Monolith. I apologize for everything I did to break a rule and I apologize to @Ali especially. I'm not 100% sure if I broke the baton or taser abuse rules but I am defending myself against that part.

Sorry to hear about your loss, really.

Anyway, as shown in the extremely incriminating video I was typing when you had your shotgun to let you know you were breaking NLR by returning directly to the scene you had just died at, but you tased before I could finish what I had to say. You dragged me out. FearRP was not broken in anyway when I walked back in since I was not put under FearRP at all.

You should be able to remember correctly if you watch the video in my player report that you tased me, dragged me out, and then proceeded to knock me unconscious with a baton as a Seargant for no reason, which is breaking FailRP on your part.

You then dragged me into the fire which in my opinion was RDM as I was deceased but @Liasetten did not include this in his final verdict so you were not punished for RDM, rather FailRP.

Normally, I would be lenient and ask @Liasetten to reduce your ban as two weeks is harsh for most rule breaks. However, due to the amount of rule breaks and the fact that you completely ignored the fact you were breaking NLR in-game and I addressed this through /LOOC and used your name so you would know, among other things, makes me feel as this ban is deserved. Obviously, the result of this appeal is completely up to the staff, but I am just giving my honest opinion.

I am sorry to hear about your loss, now these days just before Christmas.


To begin with, none of these events/situations would have happened if you had not broken the NLR. Just keep this in mind whilst reading.

You came back to the town hall where you, 2 minutes prior had been killed, thus breaking NLR. You continued by telling Ali to leave the area, whilst aiming your gun at him, and then u said his character's name, which you obtained by looking above his player model.
Ali refused, saying in Local Out Of Character that you had just broken NLR, so you tazed him and dragged him outside of town hall where you beat him unconscious with your baton, which are considered FailRP and RDM.
After this you decided to drag Ali down to the street which were on fire, so once he got back up - he burned up and got deceased which is why you got punished for RDM.


You had quite a record on rule-breakings and some of them were because of FailRP and RDM, which is why I decided to ban you for two weeks.
However, since it is Christmas, I will reduce your ban to 1 week, but if you break any rules whatsoever when you join back, you will be banned for 1 month.

I would also strongly suggest that you get rid of your metagaming habits, and that you read over our rules whilst you are waiting.
