Ban appeal when no admins were on

I was banned for FearRP when i had my gun out 2 seconds before the situation happened. The guy had just robbed the person behind me and i could see he was coming my way. He asked me to put my hands up when I already had my gun equipped and out, I am assuming he did not see this as he was looking at my plants instead of me. I only had 35 health or so, so when we both fired shots at each other I died.

I was then detective, about 10 mins after the situation and got a tip that people were being robbed at the supermarket. I went to supermarket and low and behold the same guy who robbed me was robbing someone else with a friend who had a "visible" AK or M super shotgun on his back. I took out my gun and his buddy fired at me so I shot at them both and hit the guy who robbed me earlier, (who im assuming made the report) and who also had his gun out in plain sight. However this isn't job abuse as i was reporting from a tip in PD chat 113.2 and responded to the firing shots of his friend.

The only thing I might've done is the NLR, but it wasnt where I was farming/robbed/killed it was in the street near supermarket/parking lot of supermarket. I think a week for not being able to explain myself (no admins were on) is a little harsh. I've also only gotten 1 warning in game (50+ hours of gameplay total) when I first started playing for not understanding the rules when you're being robbed. That's why i am posting this appeal to hopefully get a lighter ban than that, as I really only was breaking NLR by 300 yards or so. Ive seen people get banned for NLR for only a day.

The player who robbed me was also being really disrespectful to me prior in the game so for that to be tagged on my ban reason just made me angry because he wasn't only harassing me but everyone near supermarket, he even exclaimed "no admins are on haha", while targeting people in supermarket. There was one farmer nearby but I don't recollect his name, nor did I introduce myself to him.

Seeing the video helps. I didnt remember all the details, it was 3 am my time, kind of tired. I figured you had robbed the guy who was your friend since you were over there with a gun out and then immediately came to me. I did have music on and my headphones were off for voice chat. I dont know why you're acting like I was purposely trying to get revenge or whatever.

When I was detective you can't just have your gun out, and pointed at a detective. I realize I was breaking NLR after reading the rules, I played a previous RP server for a long time that had different NLR (3 minutes and you can go back)

However, you said that I went back and RDMed you. I didnt even recognize that was you who robbed me because you are wearing clothes all people usually wear, I walk right passed you in your video. I only stopped and looked back at you because you had your gun out. You had your gun out and knew I was detective (saw me come out of the undercover car). And then pointed it at me, if I hadnt fired your video would be a lot different as you probably would've just killed me point blank.

I went back to see if my plants were still there which is breaking NLR, I never said I didnt do that.

I am admitting too the NLR and FearRP, I mentioned that in my previous post. You didnt include the stuff you were saying prior to when all this happened which is why I'll start recording full time in-game. That's where the player disrespect on my part came from, and I apologize to you for that. I was a bit too salty after you killed me. My bad.

After seeing your video, I am requesting an appeal on the Job abuse part only because I did get a tip within that 4 mins, I would show evidence if I had recorded in game. I've never been banned or even given more than 1 warning point so I feel like a week ban is a little intense, that is all.

Especially NO disrespect to you Stuvi (in the video above the guy tries to say I was disrespecting you), you've helped me out a lot in game and I respect you as an admin. You were simply responding to a ticket but hadn't heard my side of the story.
