Ban Reason: RDM x2, breaking mugging/kidnapping cooldown x3, Fail RP
Unban Reason: My buddies and I were having a great time, driving our 10 seat van, asking random people on the street if they wanted to join our "Party Bus". We were not mugging or kidnapping anyone that entered the van. We eventually came across 2 people walking on the sidewalk. We asked them if they wanted to join, and they stated they didn't want to. We followed them to their destination, the car dealership. We walked in and they were both walking and talking to each other. We repeat out question, "Wanna join out party bus?". They both state no again. We wanted people to be in the party with us. We put 1 of the victims at gunpoint and stated we needed him to ride along with us. He stated that we were just trolling him, and just to kill him anyway, which we did. The second one, who was just talking, just sat near the ATM while we put her at gun point and asked her to join us. After several attempts, with no response, we killed her. We mentioned before we killed her that she could have been stalling, or acting like she was afk, which just so happened she was actually getting dinner. We leave and ask more people, when I join the sit.
RDM x2 : I don't feel like what we did was a "RandomDeathMatch" at all. We polity asked people to join us. When these people both said no, we put them under fear RP so they would have to join us. The 1 person that was talking to us even told us to kill him.
Mugging/Kidnapping Cooldown: I didn't assume what we were doing was mugging or kidnapping. We just wanted people with us. We did not mug or ziptie, or even gag anyone that was with us. We treated the people with us with respect.These two people were also together, so if there was a cooldown for what we did, It would have been 1 case. I also don't recall doing this to a 3rd person. Wright, you stated we hit someone with our car, but it must have been a driving issue.
Fail Rp: I honestly don't think we broke RP. I think we played everything in the manor we should have.
