Ban Reason: i got banned for RDM / LTAS / LTARP before i explain at that time it was 1am and in the middle of the RP my mom told me to shut off the PC i told her gimmie 5 minutes and then after 5 minutes i was forced to go off that's why LTAS / LTARP i had no intention to do it, now i know exactly what happend, i was talking with the mayor about finanacel (taxes too high) problems the city is having i told him myself i have problem with it and its a reason to kill the mayor he was distracted and he didn't knew about whats coming so i drove with him in the limo a cop pulled over the SS who was driving then i took control and drove off with the mayor at first i was relax i didn't want him to panick eventually we're being followed i crashed the car into the ravine and it was the perfect spot to initiate now a seargent came up behind me with a taser idk why he didn't tased so i killed him then i saw behind the SS well ofc he will want to kill me then i killed him and the mayor after a long planning

I watched you murder the dude with little to no RP(wasn't involved in roleplay, was handling his report for his car being stuck) and nothing in the rules would have allowed you to kill the guy, his car ran off into the water and he was stuck, and you ran up and just gunned him down. I would have been fine if you asked him to put his hands up and did some RP with your motives, but you just gunned him down and never gave him a chance. Afterwards, when I finally was able to gather some things, you had skedaddled from the server. I issued the ban because I saw it with my own eyes and believed there was 0 reason in roleplay that would have constituted his death.

before i killed him i told him mayor i've had enough with your shit any last words then the cop came up behind me and then after i killed the cop and the SS i killed the mayor

now if you watched after you could have saw me standing still for 1minute you could've taken me to a sit instead of letting me leave cause the RP was done

maybe you're right maybe there was littile RP but before there was a huge RP i've spoke with him in city hall "1 thing lead to another"

What I took was this was an assassination, and the criteria to assassinate him wasn't met. Nor did the RP, in my eyes from what I have read, made sense to me. While I can see you had some kind of reason and it can be seen as understandable, what I saw when I handled his ticket was just a blatant gun-down especially due to the fact he was stuck in the map and had no way to roleplay with you.

i understand your point but in previous situations 3 months ago the taxes we're 10% which limited me from buying house alarm crazy i know so i went to assassinate the mayor but before i warned him in the pictures i hint him cause he was scatterd in police mens.

about the car in my perspective i saw a crashed car and a man stuck inside waiting to get assasinated i think of it as in real life when people trapped inside the car after a crash.

now the fact that you started watching after everything in my opinion isn't a vaild reason to ban me with all due respect i ain't flaming just pointing something out as i said before you had 1 minute to take to a sit before i logged maybe it's my fault my mom forced me to log idk

For the appeals sake, I am gonna deny this due to what I have seen from the appeal and in game.

While I understand your viewpoint, when I did watch the situation unfold, I didn’t see any reason for this player to have been killed nor was he even given a chance to RP back especially due to the fact he was stuck in the map and couldn’t get out or fight back. In these situations you should understand that this can even be seen as powergame. You’ve got all the power in the RP situation and the other player doesn’t and it can hinder rp situations, even if you had a motive.

The second instance is that this assassination didn’t meet the criteria I mentioned in my last post. He had a high approval rating and there was no evidence that you had he was corrupt. Taxes were high but you didn’t seem to have proof that this was done on purpose to be corrupt. I can also confirm he was never given permission to be corrupt so again, no corruption and now low approval rating, can’t assassinate there.

I hope you understand where I am coming from.
