Relevant Evidence: A SERVER RULE

1. Killing during raids should be carried out sensibly. If there is a legitimate threat on the property of which you are raiding, it is reasonable to enter with the intent to kill. For example, if anyone at the targeted property has a weapon equipped, the base as a whole constitutes a legitimate threat and you may kill everyone inside it.

So basically my org got raided by kalashnikovs while i was at bank and i overhear on radio dimitri asking for help so i get my deagle and drive up to the fence and jump on a red bentley and peek over and see in the middle of the yard a man standing up i decide to gun him down because i was getting shot at by other people on the property. I put that man down quickly drive a little bit and rekev as i go back everyone started leaving i drive away and get tped to a sit. The guy i killed was actually a hostage and i hadnt noticed as i was shooting him after me and natan saying that you are allowed to kill anyone on property if someone on property has a gun natan gets kicked for staff disrespect and i end up being banned cuz he saw i had rdm notes on my profile even tho my kill is not considered rdm

Well since i was there when it happened and there was a legit threat on the property, there were 2 people on the property with assault rifles and this rule says you can kill everyone if theres legit threat

You stated the rule break right here. You drove up to the fence, hopped on your car, and shot the first person you saw. I wouldn't consider that a raid as much as I would RDM, especially since he was standing still with his hands tied.
@Natann You were not part of this situation, as you were gone before this happened so please refrain from posting on appeals that you're not involved in. Next time will be a warning point.
