Relevant Evidence:you can watch the video, i told him to put his hands up several times and when he finally did i was already shooting him, meanwhile in the backround his friends broke fearrp and rushed me with knives, was i supposed to wait patiently for them to put their hands up while i was being stabbed? i have a feeling i would have died if i did

The least that should happen is his friends who attacked me after being held at gunpoint should be dealt with, or the fact one of them did a glitch where you are crawling but at sprint speed, (just spam prone and it eventually does it)

As the rules state:

Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.

And to be honest you should have waited a little longer on him to put his hands up. Cause in the video you waited 4 seconds max. You need to make sure the other party heard you and you need to keep the voice chat delay in mind.

So in this case, I see in the video that officernoodles started to walk at the same time you said "Put your hands up". Keeping the voice chat delay in mind, he moved and then he stopped and put his hands up.

But as everything happened so fast and as I stated earlier I believe he did not break fearRP as he started to move the second you told him to put his hands up, according to the video of course. And he even complied, the second you started to shoot at him. You did not give him a reasonable amount of time to respond (3/4 seconds is what you gave him) though.

I feel like good reason for immidiate action should involve two of his friends moving up on me and one literally stab me which started the shooting also he was moving away from me instead of stopping and putting his hands up

You were unbanned. Next time be more careful though. Give the person some more time to react as you only gave him 3/4 seconds to do so. Do keep in mind the voice chat delay in mind and make sure the other party heard you.
