so when I got raided the guy killed me and when he did I left the sever to go to bed, as the rules say is you can leave as long as you don't join for the rest of the death timer. I went to bed and never rejoined until I tried to join later that day

Stop with this crap. You can not leave while dead unless you get permission from staff - and you know that.
