I was banned for a day for FailRP because i said "Nut" about 13 time even though i was muted and gaged. They should not have heard me.

mute and gag do not work on the server, the commands say they do but we can still hear and see what you say. Since Skye is LOA right now i will just say this. It's obvious after you were "muted" and "Gagged" you made no attempt to behave or act properly. you continue with the sole intent to be a minge at this point. when you are told to stop you shouldn't continue. maybe if you were defending yourself for acting like that this appeal would be taken more seriously.

As you can see in your screenshot, I already warned (which was the 3rd warning) you before I gagged you, and after that banned you since you didn't stop.

Give me a reason why I should unban you.
