Ban Reason: Fail RP, Breaking Character, Meta Game, Racism
Time of Occurrence:6-5 AM (I woke up to getting banned)
Relevant Evidence:Me and my friend were at the casino wasting our money also he can check logs I did nothing that would get me banned this is one of my favorite servers(The day I got banned I was speeding, Avoiding cops and that's it pretty much).
Additional members involved/witnessing: TK Ben Caudill(He was with me most of them time) and you can check logs.

So the reason I banned you will be highlighted as points below, because you're lying in your appeal, and it ruins your chance to be unbanned.

1. Saying stuff like the n word consistently in your roleplay situation which is not allowed. Alongside having a black character model and saying "I look like a monkey"
2. Failure to follow roleplay, mentioning OOC information ICly. "How do I fix my graphics blood"
3. Trolling.
4. Talking with your friend externally, using external communications and not using the Monolith discord. "Yo brandon, wanna leave discord?" "Brandon, you lucky you got away".

If you really love our server, why break the rules like you did? Your actions in this video show that you don't care about how you should play on the server, especially screaming at players cause they're in RP talking to the Chief, screaming at them and breaking character and all that jazz shows the exact opposite.

But 1 week ban? is that necessary being racist to himself and asking for help OOC is that really a ban able offence? and he cant talk in discord multiple people do it not just him im just saying the things he did is not a ban able offence?

I'm not sure why you're responding for your friend, as he's the one punished, so I suggest you let him speak for himself.

The video shows all it needs, he didn't play at all by the rules and showed a lack of caring for the rules, and I'm waiting on his response.

Well I know for a fact is not only us that agree that I shoudnt have been banned for 1 week for racism at myself and like Brandon said asking for help shoudnt be a ban able offence (I was joking around) and you took it serious Im just saying calm down gmod is made for having fun and I understand that this is a serious roleplay server but you can still have fun cant you?

Funny it’s only your friend disagreeing with the ban but alright.

Yes this is gmod but this is a server with rules you need to follow. It’s unfair to those playing by our rules for you to break the rules and hinder/ruin the experience prefer in Monolith. Joking around or not you still violated the rules and that will incur punishment especially with the amount of offenses violated in a 10 minute time span.

The ban will be lowered to 4 days, please take a look over our rules and understand them.
