Time of Occurrence: 11:53PM
Relevant Evidence: I was chilling in red when I detective runs up and randomly scans my car parked on private property and starts saying hes going to ticket me I say get the fuck out before I gat you. He then puts a gun to my head and says hands up so I listen. I then put my hands down when he pulls out his ticket book and he instantly put his gun to my head again saying put your hands up which is initiation x2 and handcuffed me. So when he ticketed me and uncuffed me I knowing that he had a gun and Kevlar and I had neither my best option was to run him over so I wasn't killed. So I tap him and he starts shooting my car so I run straight into him and kill him. He then calls the admin who tries to say I was being non-complient and lying however when he rewatches I didn't change my story and I didn't yell once so that was just unnecessary. Also I've been told if someone initiates I.E. A gun to my head I can kill them because they endangered my life. So I ran him over.

After reviewing the footage, it was found that your story clearly changed. You said you were allowed to run him over because he "initiated" on you at one point during your encounter. You knew he was releasing you and was no longer a threat. Once I confronted you with the information that this wasn't allowed, you proceeded to quote senior admins, and the rules, stating that he was a threat since he shot at you as soon as you hit him with your car.

Your intention was to run him over since his gun was pointed at you previously while being detained. Your story changed to suit your needs, and there is zero tolerance for that. You decided to play games and argue during every point, and this reflected in the story you told to get out of trouble.

I would extend your ban for lying, but the lie was small enough to keep that off your record. Sit the day out and stop treating players like trash. You're lucky you weren't banned for telling him to "suck your left nut" as well... Or insulting him during our sit multiple times.
