Ban Reason: Mass VDM
Time of Occurrence: Sunday (the 13th) around 12pm
Reason for Unban: I was banned for excessive VDM and I totally understand that i need to drive more carefully and that vdming 5 people was truly excessive but I do not think I deserved to be banned for 3 days. 4 out of the 5 people I vdmed were an accident. the 5th guy was my friend @rashidisuhail and that was just jokes, I also didn't kill him nor did I kill all 5. I may have killed one although I am not sure because I was killed by a cop around 2 seconds later. the 4 people included a paramedic, 2 civilians or maybe a ups driver as I was right beside the ups depot at the time of the incident and a sergeant. I was in my ups truck when it happened and I was going pretty quick and not to mention I was also going down the ramp that leads to the ups depot which only made me go even quicker. all 4 of the people were literally all in the middle of the road all standing by a dead guy that the ems was attempting to pick up and I was in a ups truck which is quite massive so when 4 people are in my lane while I'm going downhill and fast there was not much I could have done to avoid hitting them although I slowed down enough to not kill all of them. Technically this is the ems fault because he should of dragged the body to the side before trying to put him into his ambulance to prevent this from happening. Not only that but by the time they rendered in for me, I was going way too fast to stop in time and not hit them. also, the ems did not have his ambulance in sight or even on the road. if I were to have seen it I would have known and would have been able to stop in time. I do acknowledge the fact that it was excessive but at the same time it wasn't my fault, and if I was purposely trying to go vdm everyone, don't you think I would have been reported by at least 1 of them or others around them. I already served almost 2 days of my ban period (will have served the 2 days by 12 pm est). So can you guys please unban me. I will also really try to drive safer and try my best not to vdm anyone from now on. Also i would like to say melody also handled the situation horribly as she didnt even try to understand what was happening or why i hit that many people, she just checked the logs saw that i hit 5 people and was like "you hit 5 people", i tried to explain why i hit as many people as i did but she was just like "idc if it wasnt your fault or if you did it by accident, its excessive so im banning you for 3 days" and she could of brought any of the people that i hit, they would of all confirmed what i said (that they were in the middle of the road... etc)
