Ban Reason: LTARP, LTAP, MRDM
Unban Reason: I did not MRDM nor do I think I left to avoid punishment and nor do I think I left to avoid a roleplay situation I can explain. Me and my friend had just cooked up a batch of LSD we were going by traffic laws to make sure we weren't pulled over but a cop pulled us over as we crossed the bridge and having primary weapons on our back we knew we were to be arrested so we got out and pulled them out so the police drove a little ways away to get distance for the gunfight so we started shooting at them to avoid being arrested and killed and my gun had jammed so my friend died and console banned him because he left and I finished off the police thinking the situation was over I drove away didn't notice the police trying to look for me so I got out and decided to leave but I logged on again because I thought maybe I had left at a bad time aka LTARP and was going to ask staff but I decided not to do anything about it because I genuinely thought I was right but I went to go on today and noticed I guess I wasn't. I don't think I MRDM because I thought the police were a threat to me so I acted on it and I didn't think I left during a roleplay situation but maybe I did also I 100% didn't leave to avoid punishment so all I'm asking is that if I was in the wrong for 1 or 2 of these things I'll accept the ban but maybe reduced at most but if there's nothing you can do about it I'll wait a week. Last thing I want to assure you I wouldn't intentionally break the rules I actually was going to apply for mod once I have 30 days on this server which is in 7 days.

Alright

1) Try stopping when youre being pulled over, comply dont show hostility. Usually they'd let you get away with a warning or a ticket if ur drivers lis isnt expired (this is just to enhance RP).

2) If they ask you to step out of the vehicle while u have a gun equipped you can engage with hostility.

3) unequip ur gun before you get into ur car, saves you a lot of time and resources.

4) You did leave the server right after that engagement, and that made me assume that you LTAP.

5) being pulled over is not a threat to ur life

With all of that being said, I understand where you're coming from, also, I seem to have banned u twice instead of banning you and your friend.

I've been in the same situation as you one too many times, hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of contraband on me. Never once was it confiscated from me. Play smarter not harder.

Since I didnt ban your friend I do not think its fair that you were the only one to receive the punishment because of my human error. Therefore, I will unban you.
