How is being banned for making rape jokes, disrespecting a staff member and being racist unfair?

Well i was not the one in the first place making the rape jokes, The other player that was near us when this all happend in the hospital room with us was the one making the rape jokes. And he did it about 3 times. I simply replied to him with a comment on what he said and i said in voice chat something like "Wow calm down u gonna get yourself banned". Also, I don't know where i was disrespecting you, And also where i was being racist. Because what i was saying (And i do this often as a joke with friends) is that i was saying i was 0.4% african american, And that it was racist to ban me because of that. I did not mean that seriously, And like i said in this ban appeal, I tried to tell you in-game before i was banned, If you wanted to talk about what just happend. And then i saw the icon above your head in-game showing that you we're typing, And when that happend, I knew i was about to be banned.
