Ban Reason: Lying in a sit, rdm
Unban Reason: I was not lying and i didn't rdm. So what happened was, i saw a dead body outside of pd and i was aiming my gun at it and just messing around because i was bored and i accidentally shot the body. I didn't know that the body was critical and did not mean to shoot it. In the admin sit friskiemar was putting words in my mouth and friends mouth saying i was lying. friskiemar and the guy that made the report had no evidence that i was lying in the sit. I was completely honest and told them that i shot him but it was an accident and that i miss clicked.

Given I was involved I would like to add on things for this situation

1:03 in the video -
I said this like talking to a brick wall which the expression means usually it’s not going anywhere, then @friskiemar tries putting words In my mouth by going “are you calling me stupid”; as I’ve started multiple times nor me or John had any chance In this sit to prove our innocence or even have a fighting chance. The entire time friskiemar was trying to cause more problems such as the one I just mentioned.

This guy kept sitting down to get unfrozen and shot mid air while frozen. He was being childish in the sit and disrespectful to me in game.

I believe his punishment is deserved.

So, you weren't with vittorio when he vdm'd samtreecare, you just happened upon a body of the sheriff in front of pd and your first instinct was to point your gun at his head instead of calling an ambulance? That being said, how was vittorio able to identify you as the guy who deceased him? What I am understanding right now is that you're also lying to me in your ban appeal. Cause I'm pretty sure you witnessed the sheriff getting vdm'd cause there wasnt much of a time span between him getting vdm'd and then being deceased. And you had a recording but didnt show it to me? You didn't even say that you had a recording of the situation. Would you like to provide the evidence for me? Or will that recording incriminate you further? You know you could have avoided the entire situation if you just showed me a video of the situation. If you act like you have something to hide then I will treat you like you have something to hide.

And the evidence you provided is invalid and cherry picked, send the whole video or don't send anything at all. (also the beginning of that video is irrelevant)
