Reason for Unban: Alrighty. To start off I'd like to say it was pretty ignorant of me not to second guess myself and my org members on what we were doing. I think I should've taken our actions under consideration before preforming our "roleplay." But to my defense, I dealt with the situation in roleplay and helped my org members accordingly. I don't think a perm ban was justified. But we are all entitled to our opinions. Would like to be unbanned but if not I would like to have my ban lowered. (I wouldn't go out of my way to break rules! Ex mentor btw <3)

It was more than that, I don’t consider driving from one location to another with Flip searching for cops to RDM as “roleplay” and in no way confusing.

As these timestamps show, alongside with my eyewitness report, you were directly assisting Kevin Brooks accomplish his goal of mass RDM and multiple counts of RDM. None of these kills had valid reasons for their deaths and you were very aware of that.

Additionaly, you and your other involved organization members took advantage of the fact that there were no staff on at the time. I originally logged on to the server to check for something quick but instead had to clean up the mess that was left behind due to the immature and unfair decisions that were made.

It’s exactly why I was disappointed to see you involved like this, you know better. You should’ve informed staff of what was going on but instead prolonged the situation.

Well to reply to what you said. I killed max two people (Tatsuro was an ally who was caught in crossfire). Also, there was staff on at the time since Kevin Brooks got into a sit like 5 minutes before I got those kills. So your point of saying "you and your other involved organization members took advantage of the fact that there were no staff on at the time" is completely invalid. Also, if memory servers me right, the evidence shown against @Delta was a video of the accuser dying to him but me and Izo were no where to be seen in that video... If I was "driving from one location to another with Flip searching for cops to RDM as “roleplay”." I for sure would've shown up. But guess what... I was no where to be seen. Again, as I stated before I killed the cops for roleplay reasons and nothing else.

I would like you to have the last say and proceed to lock this post to not let this discussing proceed further than it needs to go. Thanks
