In the video that was reviewed during the sit before the video creator deleted the video the officer was heard saying, "step out of the car with your hands up" you stepped out of the car and he chased you saying "hands up" you continued to ignore this until you were behind cover and pulled out your weapon. It was clear that you ignored fearRP and tried to kill the officer.
