Ban Reason: Disconnect in an RP situation [restrained]
Unban Reason: A few reasons I should Be unbanned.
1. I assume it was by a cop as I was able to turn and see after he told me hands up. As I was buying clothes at the time and doing NOTHING else other than that for a good 5 minutes at Kappels. That being said the RP situation should be considered invalid.
2. I did not directly DC. I had no choice as I had lagged out and sat there for a moment at the sight of said lag hoping it would return me to game.(Screenshot of disconnect screen below.) I felt that at that point I could not actually do anything to save it and closed the game, at that point not knowing I was restrained until i tried to relog and saw the prompt that I had been banned.
Unfortunately I had been losing connection in similar manners a few times before this occurence but it's just an unlucky circumstance on my part
