Ban Reason: RDM (In the sit I was told RDM, but the ban reason is blank: https://gyazo.com/8bf2f8a28143bcacc842c1b18092640)
Unban Reason: I tried to tell kn1ght to bring the 2 people involved in the situation, to which he refused. The entire thing should've been seen in logs, but it wasn't. @Romanian had taken damage from Alex Brown running him over, and @Max Veira told me Alex was KOS. I asked twice, I was told alex was KOS twice. So, I shot Alex, got brought to a sit, where Kn1ght wouldn't bring Max or Romanian, so he was purely going off of what I was saying, what Alex was saying, and what the logs *WEREN'T* showing.

Yes, I was there for the whole thing and after Quitsdrop asking knight multiple times to bring the only people involved in the situation. In the situation Alex Brown was talking shit so Romanian tried to steal his car but failed because he could not lock pick fast enough. After Alex saw that he decided to get in his car, Romanian stood by the side of his car and took damage from Alex in his vehicle.(it didn't show up in logs which is knight's only reason for banning him). Knight said that "even though he took damage either way you are not allowed to KOS him for that". Which is false, it happens to civs everyday because some cop will get infront of you car or to the side and if you run over their big toe the cops get trigger happy. I believe that nothing was done wrong here in simple 1. Alex DAMAGES Quitsdrop who is in our freq and my org 2. I call out that Romanian just got hit by Alex's car 3. Quitsdrop takes action about him taking damage from another player and kills him.

What I was told in the sit, originally, is that Romanian was run over by Alex Brown. There was nothing in logs to support this - he was neither disoriented (nor did he take a modicum of damage from Alex Brown). Quitsdrop later explained that Romanian was slightly damaged when Alex Brown accidentally backed into him while Romanian lockpicked his vehicle (which also didn't show in logs).

(1)There wasn't even a modicum of evidence for Quitsdrop's assertion that Alex Brown ran Romanian over.
(2) What I said in the sit was that if Romanian was slightly nudged by a car while Alex Brown was backing up, this doesn't give you a reason to kill him - indeed, Romanian did NOT take damage from this (and the original statement was that he was run over, which there was no evidence to support
(3) Quitsdrop did not state that his reason for killing Alex involved him, in any way.

The ban reason was RDM, and this was an error with serverguard that was rectified immediately after it happened. We will only bring other people to a situation if it is necessary, and in this case, it was not. You are responsible for your own actions. I don't see any reason provided here as to why the ban should be removed. As I told you in the sit, while others may have told you something that turned out to be wrong, you are responsible for yourself. Your story did not pan out with the evidence I was able to gather, and you were punished accordingly based on your record. Appeal Denied.
